Our Commitment

We want you to love every Royal Marble Studio piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Custom or personalised pieces are non-returnable

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email returns@royalmarble.studio with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide a return shipping label within 2 business days
3. Pack the item securely (use the original packaging if possible)
4. Drop off at your nearest Leopard Courier or TCS outlet

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and packaging immediately and email us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
