Handling Time

All in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Custom orders require 7–14 business days for production before dispatch.

Packaging

Each piece is wrapped in protective foam, cushioned in our signature ivory box and placed in a double-walled outer carton. Our packaging has been tested to survive courier handling.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the UAE, UK, USA, Canada and Australia. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
